Product information
VIRCOM PCR is a middleware software programme designed to centralise the management of VIRPLEX molecular assays, from assay configuration through to the interpretation, validation and reporting of results. Its integration with real-time PCR instruments, automated systems such as the MagXtract® 3200, and the laboratory’s LIS enables the creation of a more traceable, efficient and standardised workflow.
VIRCOM PCR facilitates the creation of templates, the visualisation of amplification curves and Ct values, the automatic interpretation of results and the generation of reports, thereby reducing the need for manual intervention and supporting more secure data management.
HOW IT WORKS
USED ON
MagXtract® 3200
MagXtract® 3200 is Vircell’s automated nucleic acid extraction system. Integrated into the molecular workflow, it complements VIRCOM PCR by supporting traceability and standardization from sample preparation to final analysis.
Bio-Rad CFX96™
The Bio-Rad CFX96™ System is a real-time PCR instrument compatible with VIRCOM PCR. Together with Vircell’s software, it provides an optimized solution for multiplex assays with automatic analysis and efficient result interpretation.
Bio-Rad CFX96™ Opus
The Bio-Rad CFX96™ Opus extends VIRCOM PCR compatibility to high-performance real-time PCR platforms, supporting automated analysis and standardized result management in multiplex molecular workflows.
Azure Cielo™ 6
The Azure Cielo™ 6 Real-Time PCR System is a platform compatible with VIRCOM PCR for amplification and analysis of molecular assays. Its integration with the software enables clear data visualization and automated result interpretation.
QuantStudio™ 5
QuantStudio™ 5 is a real-time PCR instrument compatible with VIRCOM PCR. In combination with the software, it helps consolidate different molecular assays within a uniform, traceable, and efficient analysis environment.
